The walking bridge is 2 miles long great for strolling or biking over Lake Marion. Fish from the bank or gazebo right out back door. Beautiful pool facing sandy beach you can get to by kayak or boat. Boat landing to use on property. Boat and kayak rentals are offered by Santee boat rentals. Condo located Right off I-95 with historic Charleston and Columbia, SC Capital, only 1 hour away. Santee has grocery stores, pharmacy, and shopping and great restaurants. My favorite restaurants are The Lake House, Captains Quarters, Clarks, Santee Steak and seafood just to name a few. Great golf courses as well as Santee State Park, Santee Indian Mound, Santee National Wildlife Refuge, and Elloree Heritage museum, just to name a few things to see and do.
